These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of kvcustomwd.com (the “Site”) operated by KV Custom Windows + Doors (“KV,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) What this Site does
The Site is designed to:
- Help you find an authorized dealer in Ontario
- Allow you to download product brochures (no email required)
2) Dealer-only sales (no direct-to-consumer sales)
KV does not sell products directly to consumers. Any purchase, pricing, installation arrangements, measurement, financing, delivery timelines, returns, cancellations, and service terms are handled by independent dealers and governed by your agreement(s) with them.
3) Independent dealers
Dealers listed on the Site are independent businesses. KV does not control and is not responsible for dealer pricing, contracts, scheduling, installation workmanship, customer service policies, or representations not authorized by KV in writing.
4) Product information and brochures
Brochures and Site content are provided for general information. We strive for accuracy, but specifications, features, product lines, and availability may change without notice. Images, colours, and finishes may vary due to manufacturing tolerances and display settings. Confirm final specifications and ordering details with your dealer before purchasing.
5) Intellectual property
All Site content (including text, images, logos, brochures, and design) is owned by or licensed to KV and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print brochures for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires KV’s prior written permission.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to Site systems
- Introduce malware or disrupt Site operations
- Scrape, harvest, or republish Site content/data at scale without permission
- Misrepresent your identity or submit false information to KV
7) Third-party tools and links
